FOUNDER
Who am I?
I have 25 years of professional diversity and training practice and a lifetime of personal diversity experience. I studied science, completed an MBA and have worked in male dominated industries.

I am a results motivated Diversity and Inclusion specialist and have been fortunate enough to develop this knowledge and experience internationally and within a variety of industries including Finance, the Civil Service, Technology, Conservation and Higher Education.

Results Talk
With a real passion for diversity, I strive to see fairness in the workplace and have a proven track record of delivering positive cultural change in complex and sometimes challenging environments. To reach this goal, I have developed and implemented successful diversity and training programmes from ground to C-Level to advise, influence, engage and retain employees.

My Journey
I’m really proud of my journey. Upon graduating with a degree in Computer Science, I embarked on my lifelong relationship with training. My professional life with diversity however started as part of my MBA. This was cemented with hands-on experience at Goldman Sachs, here I put my research into practice, and learnt what works and what doesn’t!

A highlight of my career was working in International Development with women in East Africa where I mentored and coached business start-ups. Later, as Head of Enterprising Women, the UK’s largest network of female entrepreneurs, I mentored and coached women business owners in the UK.

Biodiversity and Nature
My other huge passion is for the natural world and biodiversity. Working at the University of Cambridge, I am able to indulge this interest by working with leading world thinkers and learning something new every single day. Quite simply, I love it.
